ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order is placed on SpireOutdoor.com, it enters our fulfillment system immediately. As a result:
  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted after they’ve been submitted.
  • Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing checkout.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout—we cannot apply them retroactively or refund orders due to missing or incorrect code entry.
  • Placing an order does not guarantee product availability. SPIRE reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons including inventory limits, order validation, inaccurate shipping details, or other concerns.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, including all original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

All returns require prior authorization. To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number:
  1. Visit our Contact Page
  2. Select “Returns” from the inquiry menu
  3. Provide your order number and reason for return
  4. Await confirmation with your RGA number and instructions

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

After receiving your RGA:
  • Include your packing slip and contact information inside the return package
  • Clearly write the RGA number on the packing slip and outside of the box
  • Ship your item to:

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to orders that are undeliverable, refused, or returned without prior authorization. Orders under $15 are not eligible for refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure your shipping address:
  • Is complete and accurate, including unit or apartment number
  • Is not a P.O. Box (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes)
  • Is a secure location where the carrier can safely deliver
SPIRE is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please verify all details carefully before submitting your order.
